Recitals: A. The Airport Commission reviewed established airport rates and recommended increasing current airport rates. B. The City has determined it is necessary to increase user rates for aircraft hangar rentals, hangar ground leases, freight charges and aircraft tie downs. THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Effective July 1,2011, unless otherwise provided by an agreement or lease, the rates shown on "Exhibit A" are established for facilities at the Ashland Municipal Airport. SECTION 2. Classification of the fees specified in Section I of this resolution are classified as not subject to the limits of Section liB of Article XI of the Oregon Constitution (Ballot Measure 5). SECTION 3. Resolution No. 10-12 is repealed on the effective date of this Resolution. nON 4. SPECIALIZED AVIATION SERVICE OPERATIONS (SASO) FEE (Annual) The square footage of the hangar multiplied by 1.6, multiplied by the current B Ground Lease fee rate. A Hanger keeper will have the square footage of the hangar multiplied by 1.0, multiplied by the current B Ground Lease fee rate. MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS (MSP) AIRPORT USER FEE (Annual) Basic Fee: $350.00 for first two employees, plus $25.00 each additional employee for annual operators. $100.00 for Temoorarv MSPs 190 days maximum - not renewable).
