A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CAN V ASS OF THE VOTE OF THE
ELECTION HELD IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON, ON
MAY 17,2011.
RECITALS:

A. The City Council of the City of Ashland met on th~ day of June, at the City of
Ashland's Ciyic Center and proceeded to canvass the vote cast at the election held in and for the
City of Ashland on the l7'h day of May, 20 II.
B. The Council has canvassed the vote and has determined the number of votes for the
positions as follows:

NO 1,525
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Measure 15-109, which posed the following question is declared to have passed: "Shall the
City issue $3 million in general obligation bonds to finance the replacement of Fire Station #2?"
SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
