CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING'FORESTER AND SILVICULTURE PROJECTS
Addendum made this 1"day of July; 2011, between the City of Ashland ("City") and
Small Woodland Services. Inc. ("Consultant").
Recitals:
A. On July 1, 2007, City and Consultant entered into a "City of Ashland Contract for
Personal Services" (further referred to in this addendum as "the agreement").
B. The parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the date of completion.
City and Consultant agree to amend the agreement in the following manner:
1. The contract is being extended for an additional fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011
and ending on June 30u', 2012. This will be the final contract extension. (Year 5 of 5-
year contract)
2. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
