This easement shall be for ingress and egress purposes for the Grantee and Grantee's agents and assigns for one single family residence, utility installation and maintenance to Grantee's property which adjoins the property described on Exhibit A- 2. Term. This easement shall expire when Grantor's land becomes a public street. 3. Maintenance. Any road constructed upon the easement shall be maintained by Grantee. 4. Prior Encumbrances.
