AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1766 AS AMENDED
RELATING TO UTILITY DISCOUNTS FOR
SENIOR CITIZENS .
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Section 5 of Ordinance No . 1766 as amended,

siall be amended by increasing the income limitations
therein by Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) each, except
the income limitation for additional dependents living
with the senior citizen and his or her spouse .
SECTION 2 . Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1766 as amended
shall by changing the termination date there-
in to June 30 , 1977 .
The fore ping ordinance was first read on the o20,'e-e
day of /t//- , 1976 and duly PASSED and ADOPTEs
