ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE C. . & T. . SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON.
WHEREAS , there is presently on file with the City of"Ashland
from the owners of all of the land abutting on said easements , the
consent to the vacation- of such easements,
NOW,. THEREFORE, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That it is determined that the public interest.
will be best served by the vacation of all public facility easements
dedicated on the ;Plat of the C.- & T. Subdivision in ,the City of Ashland,
Jackson County-, Oregon, which was. filed .£or record on the 21st day of
February, 1.980 , and recorded in 'Volume 1'4 -of Plats:;; Page 15 , Jackson
County Oregon.
SECTION 2 . That for the foregoing reasons ; said easements
on the land described in the preceding section, are hereby vacated.
SECTION 3. This ordinance. 'shall be effective 30 .days from
its .date or upon the recordation of the Plat for the Applewood Sub-
division, whichever date later occurs: .
The foregoing was read' at' a regular..meeting of the
Common Council held on the $ ' day of 1983', and passed
to its second meeting and duly passed on the / may of ,
1983, the vote being as follows:
