AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING AN ERROR IN ORDIN-
ANCE NO . 2251 .
WHEREAS , the last sentence of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2251 was
inadvertently omitted and is inconsistent with the first
part of Section 2 . 28 .050.
NOW THEREFORE, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND do ordain as follows :
SECTION 1. The last sentence of Section 2 . 28. 050 is hereby amended
to read as follows :
"In the latter capacity, he or she shall
render staff work and professional and
technical advice affecting the development
of the City's utility system, including system
planning, rate studies , conservation programs ,
and in maintaining close liaison with state
and federal agencies and professional utility
organizations . "
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /Q_Z54day of 1983,
and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this o?`"� day of 1983 .
