AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATIVE TO ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS .
THE PROPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Section 7 of Ordinance No . 1559 and Section 9 .08 . 070
of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be amended by adding thereto
the following phrase :
"unless the same has a magnetic catch
or similar catch which can easily be
opened from the inside."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /lo day of
1983 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this (off day of
1983 .
