AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 11. 28 .030 and 11.28 .080. OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND WHICH RELATE TO PARKING.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: '
SECTION 1 . Section 11. 28 .030 of the Ashland
Municipal -Code shall .be amended by deleting the term "24 hours"
and inserting -in its place the term "seven (7) calendar days. "
SECTION 2 : Section 11.28 . 080 of the Ashland
Municipal .Code .is amended by changing its reference to Section
1. 08 . 010 to Section 1. 08.020 .
The foregoing Ordinance was first .read at a regular
meeting of the Common Council held on the Csc day
1983 , and passed to its second reading and duly passed on the
day of 1983, the vote being as follows :
