AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 . 27 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT TO
CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT IN PLANNING .
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Section 2. 27 .O30(B) shall be amended by changing
t ewer "sixteen (16) " following the Phrase "There shall
be" to the number "twelve (12) " , and following the phrase
"Where possible" by changing "two (2) members" to read "at
least one (1) member . "
SECTION 2. Section 2 . 27 .050 , second Paragraph , shall be amended
yb—cFiang g the phrase "hold one (1) regular meeting each month"
following the words "CPAC shall" to read "schedule ten (10) regular
meetings each year. "
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the,407�4 day of
December, 1983, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this L-744 day of
January, 1984.
