RECENTLY ANNEXED REAL PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY FIRE
DISTRICT NO. 5 . (Greenway Annexation)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The following described real property situated in the
City oT Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, is hereby withdrawn from
Jackson County Fire District No . 5 pursuant to the provisions of
ORS 222 . 524. Said real property is described as follows , to wit :

Section 2 . The City of Ashland elects , pursuant to ORS 222 .520(2)
to pay annually , as the bonds of Jackson County Fire District No. 5
that were outstanding on the effective date of this Ordinance , as
the same proportion of such outstanding bonds and interest thereon,
as the assessed valuation of that part withdrawn bears to the
assessed valuation of the entire district on the effective date of
this ordinance.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the � _Zday of
