AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14. 08 . 035 AND REPEALING
SECTION 14. 08 . 040 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH
RESPECT TO SEWER USER CHARGES .
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 14. 08 . 035 of the Ashland Municipal Code shall

"14. 08 . 035 Sewer User Charges . The Sewer Rate Schedules
s a e esta is e y Resolution of the City Council,
three (3) copies of which shall be maintained in the
office of the City Recorder, and shall set forth the
sewer rates for use of the sewer system within and with
out the City limits from the municipal sewer system. "
SECTIO14 2 . Section 14. 08 . 040 of the Ashland Municipal Code is
erepealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be effective upon the adoption of
as .eessoTut on setting forth the Sewer Rate Schedules , but not sooner
than thirty (30) days after its second reading and approval by the
Mayor.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the //Z:W day of
1984, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this
day of 1984.
