IMPLEMENTATION PLAN: The City proposes to advertise for competitive bids by private electrical contractors for the accomplishment of the work on a unit price basis , i . e. a set price per fixture . t Page two Street & Area Lighting November 6, 1981 The bid specifications will contain an estimate of the total possible number of fixtures of each type which may be installed, but with a qualification that the actual. number may be less , depending on BPA' s funding limitations . IV. PAYMENT METHOD: The City elects to utilize the Revolving Working Capital Advance Method of payment as outlined in Exhibit B, Table 7 of the Agreement . It is expected that work can begin on January 1 , 1982 and be com- pleted by September 30, 1982 . Please contact Brian L. A1m4_uist .
